Payment: Proforma Invoice

Terms: Bank Transfer, Card or Cash

We are endeavour to keep all models in the specified colours in stock always, however, the principle is First come and First serve, if stock unfortunately has run out, there would be up to 12 weeks waiting time, special order will take 12-16 weeks to come.

We require your written purchase order when placing an order stating delivery address and company details.

Complaints procedure

The Manufacturer Guarantees its products for one year against manufacturer’s fault only.

Retailers /wholesalers are to report all faults within 7 days of delivery from us.

The Retailer /Wholesaler are responsible to their customer and should attend to any reported fault,

Should an issue occur, the retailer/wholesaler must take photos and give a full inspection report stating fault, when purchased from us, customer reference, address, and contact details.

The retailer/wholesaler is responsible for collection and delivery to the customer.

All faulty items must be available for inspection or collection at the retailer/wholesalers premises.

Our Guarantee does not cover abuse,poor care,or transit damage from retailer/wholesaler to their customer.

In the event of dispute an independent report would be carried out and would be binding on all parties.
