Exchange and return policy

For an exchange or return we must be contacted within 7 days of the delivery, the product must come back in the same condition it was delivered/collected in having not been assembled. For exchange, cost of the new item and exchange fee will need to be paid prior to delivery and once the return item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 14 days of return of the goods. For return, it is customers’ responsibility to return goods to us, Once the return item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 14 days of return of the goods
